We have expanded our Infant/Toddlers program to Infant/Wobblers and Toddlers/2's. All infants to 12 month old's are on a schedule provided by the parents, with some activities planned as a group. In our program, the infants to 12 month old's are taught through hands-on, rocking, singing, sounds, reading, grasping, and one-on-one activities. At the age of 12 months to 16 months, we use word to pictures, movement with dance, directions, throwing, make believe play, coloring, and placing items in and out of containers to expand the children's development. We also introduce the use of cups and utensils. From ages 16 months to 2 years, we expand on each of the items listed above, as well as teach through hands-on activities, self-help and independence, age appropriate sharing, and group play.
Since every child develops different milestones at different points in their growth, we work with parents on implementing tactics in our daily routines that will encourage their child's growth socially, physically, cognitively, and emotionally for your child. Please know that parent-teacher communication goes a long way. Whether it be starting the potty training process, or breaking the pacifier habit, we are here to help!
